Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with training qualification
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in airline training with 3 years in managerial role
- Strong leadership orientation, cross-section team-working, planning and communication skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will be employed by Cathay Pacific and be seconded to Dragonair.
